"Very comfortable and easy to maintain" By jingadad from Asheville, NC on 11/16/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Lightweight, No ironing Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Conservative, Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have a 5-yr old Desert Pucker shirt that is starting to fray at the seams. It is such a favorite that I can't bear to get rid of it.
I have 3 of these long sleeve shirts and they are great--look good tucked in or untucked, cool hidden button down collars, and they come out of the dryer ready to wear.

Just a bit shorter in length than I might like, but they don't come untucked. Very soft cotton feel. Hang after washing and it dries with no wrinkles. Bought three of them!

"Not what you would expect from RR." By myoldog from southeastern u.s.a. on 09/15/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Outdoor enthusiast Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The Desert Pucker shirt feels great and drapes nicely. Yet, unlike other RR products, this particular shirt frays easily. So, if you buy one (let me mention that I bought more, even after experiencing the problem with fraying), take caution to hand-wash and drip dry the shirt. It will last much longer. One of the materials used to make this shirt is Modale, which is derived from tree bark. Despite the assumption that this may produce a rough, scratchy feeling, the shirt demonstrates quite the opposite. However, beware of moisture. If you intend to wear the shirt in a rainy situation, just know that it holds water like a sponge. You will want to change into something else immediately. Yet, that's probably why the shirt is named Desert Pucker!
