By J.R. from Las Vegas, NV on 06/17/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Washes Well Best Uses: Hiking and climbing Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I hiked Half Dome in Yosemite in these pants. They were comfortable and protective. I'm 5`8" and the length of the pants fit well. They are not true to size; I ordered a size up to fit properly.
By arm from va on 06/09/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I thought these would be perfect but they were not at all right for me. Makes a shush noise when you walk and too tight in the thighs for pants to wear to anything but the gym.
By FLYGIRL from Calgary,Alberta,Canada on 04/23/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, High Quality, Multiuse, Non iron, Stylish, Washes Well Best Uses: Casual Wear, Outdoor walking, Travelling Describe Yourself: Trendy/Stylish Dresser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Love, love, love these pants. They fit perfectly in the waist, hips and thighs. They are a bit long, but I am 5'4 and usually have to hem pants anyway. I love the flare bit at the bottom as it keeps them fashion forward. These pants are super for travelling. Very versatile for going out of just going for a walk. I travel for work, so these are perfect. I have a pair in off white and also in black. They are very well made and I'm so happy I purchased them. The material does swish a bit when you walk. They are a bit lower in the waist for those who don't mind that. They sit just below the waist.Having said this, they certainly don't expose you when you bend over. They are very comfy indeed.
Ntrange fabric Quick dry? By JRS from Camino, CA on 04/20/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, High Quality Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Ask me again after I wear them once or twice.
I like the look. The legs are wider than I'd expected
and a little past fashionable. I think they will travel well
and be a quick dry. Not sure if they'll be cool, hot or what???
Thanks for asking.

A great pant for the cold days By Linda from McKinleyville, CA on 03/25/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, Great Color, High Quality, Stylish, Washes Well, Wrinkle-Free Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great pants when you need something a littler warmer.
Flattery will get you everywhere By Bogachiel Beth from Olympic Peninsula/ Northwest Washington on 03/24/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy to alter, Flattering, Great Color, High Quality, Stylish, Washes Well, Wrinkle-Free Cons: Falls Too Low Below The Waist, Legs were too widefloppy, Poor Fit, Waist was too large Best Uses: Backcountry, Casual Wear, Snowshoeing Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I live much of my life in the backcountry but do not like to look like a slob. These pants will serve me well in wet conditions under rainpants then look good in the lounge around hours in camp. I also do much cruising on fancy cruise ships where I often need some sort of on shore adventure wear for amazing dayhikes or explorations. I really like the looks and durability and fashion/quality shopper statement that Royal Robbins is well known for. I am no seamstress but I was abble to take in the waist, taper the leg side seams and hem them with little trouble.

Bought a pair for my teenage daughters and we all find them flattering.
