By stylish sister from san francisco on 10/04/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Nice Fabric, Versatile Best Uses: Office, Office Meetings Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Suit runs big so order a size smaller. the length of pants was great for a tall person like me. Simple design is nice. Suit buttons are a bit boring-I will probably change these.
Attractive suit for professional woman By New Sierra Trader from South Carolina on 04/02/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Nice Fabric Best Uses: Interview, Office, Office Meetings Describe Yourself: Management professional Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The fabric was attractive and somewhat stretchable. Unfortunately, the cut of the pants was not suitable for a curvy build. The waste was expandable, but the cut through the hips was snug for the size. A better choice for apple shapes than pear shapes.
As with other clothing from Blue Ice, the fabric was very high quality and the jacket styling was fashionable while professional.
looked good in photo, but.... By hol from new york, NY on 04/01/2009 Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, High-end shopper, Stylish Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: jacket did not fall right and the bottom of the jacket was not straight.
By Working Mom from Boise, ID on 03/31/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Nice Fabric Cons: Tight in thigh, Way too long inseam Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Conservative, Practical, Stylish Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: In flats I wear a 32" inseam. I would have to wear 6-inch heels to accomodate the length of this pant. I never wear more than a 2 1/2" heel. I must have missed the inseam length in the product description. I would have had the pants hemmed if the total fit had been better -- the pants fit well through waist and hips but were tighter than I like in the thigh. Following product recommendation I purchased one size smaller than I usually wear -- everything fit the way I like but the thigh.

"I would buy it again and again" By J-Jean from Michigan on 02/26/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Breathable, Comfortable, Nice Fabric, Versatile Best Uses: Casual Wear, Formal Occasions, Going Out, Interview, Office, Office Meetings Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, High-end shopper, Loves clothes, Practical, Stylish Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It is a very nice suit and except for the length (pants), no alteration are needed. I like the fabric but I have never worn it before but it sure looks exceptional. Might be wrinkly, hope not; very versatile and dressy - lots of application for this one from work to conferences, etc.
By CLE from New Preston, CT on 02/18/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Nice Fabric Cons: Must be bought as a suit Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out, Office, Office Meetings Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Conservative, High-end shopper Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This was a beautiful suit but I must send it back. It is advertised as running large and to order a smaller size. I ordered a 10 and an 8. As you might suspect, the 8 jacket fit well, but the pants were too tight overall. The 10 pants fit well, except for being long, but I have to hem most pants I buy. The 10 jacket was too big.
If only I could buy the pieces separately.
Fabric is heavy. This would be a winter suit.
By Billy Boy from Sedona, AZ on 01/10/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Nice Fabric, Versatile Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out, Interview, Office, Office Meetings Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Conservative, Practical, Stylish Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This was a great buy for the price. My wife loves it. Looks expensive. After a few alterations (sleeves and pants length), it fits fine
By kdenb from Moscow, Idaho on 12/11/2008 Pros: Durable, Nice Fabric Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Professional Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: [...] you do need to buy a size smaller than usual. The pants are *very* long. You will need to hem them unless you are a string bean. I have a 32 in inseam, and I still have 3-4 inches of pant on the floor. That said, the suit is heavy weight, lined completely, and excellent quality, so I'm keeping it.
By Annie from Boca Raton on 12/10/2008 Best Uses: Office, Office Meetings Describe Yourself: High-end shopper, Practical, Stylish Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This ran very large. The jacket was so huge that I never tried the pants on. The fabric disappointed me. It seemed almost more like flat towelling than boucle. So I am still looking for a nice suit for professional meetings: this was _not_ it. Even if I'd reordered in a smaller size, I thought the lapels were very 1990s and wide. Anyway, not a good look for me.
