It is extremely soft but could be SLIGHTLY heavier in material. Warm when used as a baselayer...helps with the winter cold.

I've worn them out! I wear them under almost all of my work clothes in colder weather.(the #&*%! office is so cold) Its feminine enough to let it peak through a scoop neck sweater or whatever and basic black goes with much of my ward robe. I also have them in white and cream..care is not hard.. a quick rinse w/ mild detergent --- lay flat to dry
