Too low of a waste-line for me By hiking novice from Farmington, NM on 03/26/2009 Cons: Falls Too Low Below The Waist Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I am returning these pants because I am afraid they will show my plumbers crack when I lean over a campfire!
different than other Gramicci's By rez runner from fort defiance, AZ on 02/20/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, Great Color Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is the first time I ordered Gramicci pants, and I ordered several styles. I'm sending them all back because the way they cut their pants seems pretty standard to me. Regardless of whether the waist is classic or drop, the legs are wide and straight top to bottom, and they just aren't flattering in any way on my body... narrow waist, wider hips and thighs. But these are different. The legs are narrower and tapered a bit, and the material is light and loose, sort of like parachute fabric. I still think they run a size bigger, so I'm going to try a size smaller. But these don't run as large as the other styles I ordered, so it may only be a half-size difference. With the legs that roll to capris, they're perfect pants for spring or fall in the high desert.
By Freida95 from Bradenton, FL on 12/16/2008 Cons: Falls Too Low Below The Waist Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I have been wearing Gramicci QD pants for years. I love them for their lightweight comfort. I expected the Nya Shores to be a more stylish version of the basic QD's. Instead, they were sloppy-looking hip-huggers. The legs were too long because I couldn't pull them up anywhere near my waist! Very disappointing as I had to send them back [...].
