By Off Path from Vermont on 06/16/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Expedition Tested, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Mountaineering, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The expedition weight are great. They are the best base layer I have ever owned and I have been in and out of base layers 15 years. I bought these before this season and used them on the mountains in VT all Jan. and Feb. I had them at Mt. Washington NH this spring, when it rained, snowed, blew the wind... typical nasty weather for Mt. Washington. They performed perfectly.
