By Not so cold anymore from Orange, CA on 11/12/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Layering Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I go camping in cold climates in winter and am usually cold. I got this shirt to wear as a base layer. The fit is fantastic and it seems warm, though I haven't had a chance to truly try it out yet. Seems like a great bargin and a quality product.
By Sally from Bucks County PA on 11/12/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Running Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are really nice looking pieces, fine to wear with a cardigan or v neck sweater. I wear mine under a fleece top in the house kept at about 65 degrees F. Also great for running; use it alone or layered if it is really cold. The best part is the length; the back stays tucked in all day. Dark red color is garnet; very nice.

By Elsbeth from New Carrollton MD on 11/09/2009 Pros: Best for underlayer, Comfortable, Lightweight, Snug Fit, Snug in torso, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, In unheated spaces Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use this as an underlayer. Red color looks good if it peeks out. Sleeves and torso are a bit tight and restrict movement slightly. I use it for sedentary work in chilly spaces (64°). A warm insulating layer.

VERY warm and comfortable By Certain of what I do not see from Central PA on 11/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Snug Fit, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Cycling, Layering Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm in my mid-fifties and nowhere near as active as I used to be, but come late fall and winter, there are, respectively, leaves that need raking, the yard and garden that need to be 'put to bed' for the winter, and finally, snow that needs shoveling. As well, I keep the thermostat in my house down in the high 50s/low 60s during the cold months, so all in all, this top is perfect as a wonderfully warm, comfortable under garment. Fits snug to keep those nasty little 'up drafts' out, if I do actually work up a sweat, this fabric does a fine job of wicking.
Nice shirt, comfy and decent fit By N/A from Alexandria, VA on 11/01/2009 Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a comfortable shirt that fits pretty well- not too big or long, and it's warm. I plan to use it for wearing around the house on cold days (since I get cold so easily) or for doing errands on weekends. It's nice enough looking you could wear it out as a shirt with jeans, and it would be warmer than a normal shirt or a sweater. It's true these shirts are all different- some are waffle and some are shiny. This red one is plain on the outside (neither waffle nor shiny), except it has black threading mixed in with the red.
