The ruching on the sleeves does tend to make my larger upper arms look a bit bigger, but that's me and not the shirt - there is an almost Gibson Girl line to the arms and shoulders otherwise. The buttons are sewn on with a bit of a shank and the front button band sits flat and neat over the bust and abdomen despite the stretchy fabric. Very comfortable, flattering and easy to wear.
