Great for foot support while jumping rope, hitting the heavy bag and wieght lifting without the bulk of running shoes. Merrell seem to run about half size smaller to me but width is perfect.

Nothing worse than a dorky American in running shoes! The fit is just slightly long, but not enough to warrent a smaller size....order your regular size.
