By gingthegardener from new york, new york on 02/12/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I purchased the blue for my teenage son who skis and he absolutely loved it. Loved all the pockets for his "stuff" and the quilted lining wasn't as bulky as the other 3-in-l jackets he had. He also likes the hood. This one is a winner!
By Binja from chapel hill, nc on 12/25/2008 Pros: Lots of Pockets, Warm, Wind Resistant Describe Yourself: Advanced Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: returned my large for a medium. I am 6'1 170 and the sleeves were to my fingertips, even with arms bent like skiing. Medium was perfect. very pleased
By WineO from Rochester, NY on 12/22/2008 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels too small Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Note that I have a 32" dress sleeve length so I do have short arms, but this jacket had 36" sleeves which for a Medium size is really incredibly long. The arm holes to boot were way too tight and the body was snug. So they really got something wrong here with the sizing. Other than that, great features and lots of pockets.
By csharv from Atlanta, GA on 12/18/2008 Pros: Durable, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Casual, Fashion Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels too small Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: When I was looking for a jacket, I was most concerned with how it looked. This jacket is stylish but will still keep me warm when we go to the snow. It seemed to run a little small--perhaps it seemed tigher with a sweater underneath--so I had to return it for the next size up. I know I will enjoy wearing this jacket.
Great style, not warm, not waterproof By Ski nut from Boulder, Colorado on 12/15/2008 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: It has more insulation in the arms than on the back. Not warm enough to be a winter insulated jacket. A shell? Maybe, but it is not waterproofed. It is a shame because it has great style and it looks great. I had to return it.
By Coolmoves from Chicago, IL on 12/08/2008 Pros: Breathable, Lightweight, Lots of Pockets, Warm Describe Yourself: Getting Started Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great product. I'm a beginner when it comes to skiing and snowboarding and this jacket does the job. The only CON I can think about this jacket is that it doesn't have a tie or string to make the snow skirt hug your body better.
