Sleeves too long, jacket too short, thin By Stacey from Baltimore, MD on 09/15/2009 Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels too small Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I will be returning this product. The fit is horrible. It looks stylish on a hanger, but it looks terrible on.

By liblil from Jackson, WY on 02/04/2009 Best Uses: Cold Weather, Wet Weather Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I like this, but it's a short jacket. It feels a little small. It being so short makes it not as ideal for cold weather, but if you like the shorter style it's pretty good
By lover of creation from CO on 01/30/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Hiking and Camping Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I got this mostly for rock climbing in cold (but not extreme) weather, but also use it around town. Excellent quality, comfortable, waterproof, windproof, nice color (pine), and easy to pack. Only complaints are that the hand pockets feel a tad too high, and I would like it if the torso were an inch or two longer (though I do have a somewhat long torso).
attractive jacket, but runs small By kay from san jose, ca on 01/13/2009 Pros: Breathable, Lightweight, Stylish Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The style is attractive, something akin to a boomer jacket, but I found the fit to be small. The xsmall hit at the top of my hips (I'm 5"1'), so didn't provide the protection I was looking for. Also, the fleece lining is very thin, so wouldn't likely do well in colder weather.
Awesome Soft Shell for Active Women By FlyGirl from DC/NOVA and CT on 12/21/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Very trendy, Water Resistant, Wind resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Chilly weather, City Trekking, dog walking, Hiking and Camping Describe Yourself: Outdoor Professional Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: LOVE, love , love this jacket! Very cute AND very functional - top quality product even in wind and light rain. However, it is a soft shell, which means it's not intended to keep you warm in really cold, wet or windy weather. Perfect for days in the mid 30s and above with a sweater underneath if you plan to walk about, not stand around idly. Used an old boyfriend's Arcteryx soft shell last year, which has a boxier fit than this very tapered and fitted women's piece, and finally sprung for my own after the break-up. I'm fairly fit and athletic, which means not much bust or it may be a bit tight. Arcteryx makes great, useful, cute gear that's really pricey, but you can feel good about buying it at STP with their great prices [...]
short length--allows back draft By kaykay in CA from san jose, ca on 12/07/2008 Pros: Durable, Lightweight Cons: Inadequate Protection Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: returned item. picture didn't suggest that it was cropped, but it is very short in length. hits at hip but i like jackets longer--at least mid-butt to avoid cold air from sneaking up back of jacket. good looking though, stylish and wonderful color.

By Dog Walker from Royal Oak, MI on 11/10/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Flattering not bulky, Lightweight, Warm, Windproof Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Hiking and Camping Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wear this to walk our dogs three miles a day. It gives just the right warmth on 20 to 30 degree days. I have not had a chance to try it in colder weather yet.
The sleeve length is perfect, which is unusual, seeing that I am six feet tall and women's jacket sleeves are usually to short.
