The styling in my mind just made me feel like I was in a Broadway musical, so it went back. It is a very bright white, and very shiny, so while the fabric quality and fit is quite nice, I could have overlooked the first 2 strikes against it but for the ruffles above the cuffs. In the end I just felt like too much like an extra in "Mamma Mia" (the ABBA musical). For someone who is used to wearing ruffles on their blouses it might work-I'm just a little more on the conservative/classic side in what I wear.

It fits beautifully and is soft and feminine. Excellent quality fabric and construction.

I love all the Starington products because the blouses all seem to be well tailored to flatter a woman's torso. The silk sheen and the puckered designs add to the allure of this blouse. It is an eye-catcher.
