This skirt would look great with a ruffled white blouse, dressy flats, low heels or boots, and a little form-fitting velvet jacket I have. Great for festive events where I don't want to freeze.

But the worst part was the poochy gathered pockets right at hip level. NOT flattering. If you have no hips and need to look like you have some, go for it. I couldn't send this back fast enough.
