I'm 5'10" and 160 lbs, athletic build. I take a medium in everything. This shirt ripped under the arm when I put it on and tried to get it comfortable.

The were comfortable and warm under my insulated coveralls...no binding or restriction of movement. I ordered a set of expedition weight kenyons for the really cold and windy days to come.
