His shoulders get cold but pajamas wake him up as he turns and then he can't go back to sleep. This has worked wonderfully! It stretches and moves with his body and it is warm. The neck band bothered him so I cut it off and turned the edge under just a little. Perfect!! I am glad I bought two!
