Cut small with overly long sleeves By DC Rider from Washington, DC on 12/13/2008 Pros: Lightweight, Nice color Cons: Not Warm, Sleeves really long, Unflattering Shape Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This jacket is cut small in the shoulders and around the body. Since it does not have buttons that is clearly intentional but without the 2 sides at least coming close to meeting down the front it looks like its too small and impractical once you have it on. If you have any girth to speak of go with the next larger size. I prefer a longer jacket at hem than this one is. But, note how long the sleeves look in the picture...they really are! This is part of the styling but they are so long that cuffs actually get in the way. So either like long sleeves that you have to manuever around or prepare to have them shortened. This is a very thin suede material that is just for looks or a very lightweight wrap. It would do for keeping off the chill of a late summer East Coast evening. Color is very pretty teal-ish blue and true to the display on my computer. This jacket disappoints as it almost works but comes across as a bit too skimpy in the cut. Keep working on the casual look, Austin Reed, you are getting close, just mediate a little more toward the classic styling you are so good at!
