Beautiful, high quality, slightly itchy By Jen Bellefleur from Minneapolis, MN on 12/12/2008 Pros: Beautiful, Comfortable, Lightweight, Snug Fit, Stylish Best Uses: Cold Weather, Prettied up casual Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This garment is not really designed for exercising per se although you could wear it under other clothing to ski or snowboard i suppose. Its delicate lace at the neck, 3/4ish sleeves, and pretty fit make it perfect for wearing with jeans and a pretty necklace/shoes or jeans and whatever so you look like you care. It's very pretty, fits sweetly and snugly, really pretty and warm except for the neck of course and you know that going into it. It's mostly soft, but, a star off for being a bit itchy...both immediately upon wearing and throughout wearing. Hard to wash as it must be cold/delicate and flat dried. I love it though and would buy another, great value.
By Sunshine Girl from Orange Park, FL on 12/08/2008 Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Not a native Floridian but having lived here 30 years I was excited to take my Florida born family north for a Vermont White Christmas. Since I don't even own a coat I knew I had to layer, layer, layer and I started with these.
Maybe I have been too long in the South - these were attractive and stylish but scratchy and I could not wear them past 5 minutes. Still looking for that base layer - any suggestions?
By aj from italy on 12/05/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: Cold Weather, Layering Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am always cold and always wear a base layer under everything in the winter. The problem with most is they are crew neck and don't go well under most of my normal clothes. This is great for everyday wear. I thought I would hate the lace, but it is actually nice because it is pretty low cut. It will look OK showing with a cardigan or low v-neck sweater. I like it a lot and it seems cozy and warm so far
By viceroy from atlanta ga on 12/01/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: beautiful, comfortable and warm. very pretty way to dress for cold weather, or even just chilly dampness. extremely high quality and I will buy more. I work outside, and this is a great find
By ABQhiker from Albuquerque, NM on 11/28/2008 Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I wouldn't recommend this if your skin is even a little sensitive to scratchy wool, this is a pretty top that would be great for layering in winter. The lace trim is a nice change from plain thermals, but I couldn't stand the material so returned it.
By Wilson from Oregon on 11/22/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Good Support, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Stylish Best Uses: Cold Weather, Cycling, Gym, Running, Snow Sports, Team Sports, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this top and pant to stay warm, but the look and feel is so good that I am just wearing this top for everything...under and outer! There is no itch to the fiber and I did buy a medium top instead of a small ( what I would normally wear). I wanted it to be less fitted, but I still think it runs true to size. What a quality garment.
This is my second time purchasing this By Mimi from Potomac Maryland on 11/13/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Cozy, Insulating, Lightweight, Not Bulky, Not Scratchy, Snug Fit, Stylish Best Uses: Cold Weather, Layering, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is my second purchase of the Medima Angora and wool blend winter undergarments. I wear them every day in the winter because I have turned the thermostat down in my home and this product is superior to any other I have tried to keep me feeling warm with this extra layer of clothing. When I wear these garments under my clothes, I am unaware that they are next to my skin; they are extremely comfortable.
By Eileen the bargain hunter from ct on 11/10/2008 Cons: A little itchy bc wool, Pricey Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Because of the wool content, it's a little itchy, but I wore it for a whole day and didn't notice it anymore.
Best long underwear ever. By R. from Illinois on 11/10/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Stylish Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I really suffer from the cold because I have Raynaud's disease. Keeping my whole body warm is a big help, and this is the best weapon I've found! I own three of these now, and they've washed up beautifully--I just throw them in the washing machine then hang them try dry. I also have silk long underwear and synthetics, but nothing is better than these Medima shirts for every day of the week.
