Collar was literally and noticeably frayed at edges. I like distressed jeans and my old shirts, but have never bought anything this worn out. If it was quality at inception, that was lost. Perhaps it was the lot. Could not wear this to anything other than very informal - like a football game. It is not stylishly informal. If you like something very distressed (some do), it could be for you.

Did not bother washing as it was just impractical to wear.
