I bought these for my 5 year old granddaughter. With no curl-up in the front of the shoe, she tended to catch the front in the snow as she walked and fell forward a number of times. These are cute, but not too functional.

These snowshoes were purchased for a pre-school girl. Although all snowshoes are a bit wide, these were almost impossible! They were more like super wide skiis!
