beautiful material...odd fit By Lola Mama from Seattle area on 06/20/2009 Best Uses: Bedtime/Sleeping, Under Clothes Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The material is soooooo soft! I liked the sheerness and the length is great. I think it would be a fantastic under-layer in both cool and warm weather, but I found the straps to be small, drawing the camisole tighter than I found comfortable up, under the armpits. Was a bummer to send back. If you like your underlayer high in your arm pit area, it is a beautiful piece.
Beautiful, really really sheer. By Lola Mama from Seattle area on 06/20/2009 Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this in all three colors. They are all really sheer, so providing a layer of modesty under another shirt is great. I found the straps to be too short for me and they are not adjustable, so the body of the camisole was high in the underarm area. It was just uncomfortable, which was a huge disappointment because the material was just what I was looking for! The length is long, so you can tuck, or let it be out as another layer.
By Angie from Seattle area on 06/16/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Flattering, Soft Best Uses: Around The House, Bedtime/Sleeping, Under Clothes Sizing: Feels true to size Type Of Shopper: Midrange Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm having to fight my daughter for this - she likes to wear it to bed & under her trendy camisoles to school. I wear it under classic work garments for comfort, temp control (silk is a wonderful natural thermal regulator) & a hint of femininity. We ended up w/3 different colors!

By shape note singer from Richmond, IN on 06/06/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Fit, Soft Best Uses: Bedtime/Sleeping, Under Clothes Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Type Of Shopper: Midrange Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is thinner than I expected - actually quite sheer - so would not be practical for just wearing around the house and might be difficult to wear alone under a lightweight blouse, but I bought it to wear under a concert costume and it is just great for that purpose. I expect to also wear it in a lighter color alone under cotton sweaters and have worn it as sleepwear. Don't know how it will wash, but will wash it in a garment bag and expect it to do just fine.
By Practical from Santa Fe, NM on 06/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Fit Cons: Poor Quality, Silk is thin snags Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: After one use, this is already showing signs of wear (snags). My silk undergarments bought in China are much better quality.
By desertsoul from akron ohio on 06/01/2009 Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Type Of Shopper: Budget Shopper Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I felt the fabric was too delicate to make it a useful item. Will return it.
By More than a school teacher from Jenison, MI on 05/27/2009 Best Uses: Camping, Under Clothes Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Type Of Shopper: Midrange Shopper Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This was a very thin piece of clothing and it is way too big. I wear a small and I ordered a small. Though I kept it anyway because I needed it for a hiking trip as a layer. I wore it to bed with a wool shirt. I was a chaparone for high schoolers so I definitely wore a bra under it. And I'm not sure how much warmer it actually kept me, I was freezing a lot of the time. It may end up being nice for walking my dog or as a layer under sweaters in the winter.

By annie from chicago on 05/25/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering, Good Fit, Great under tanks, Silky, Soft Best Uses: Around The House, Bedtime/Sleeping, Casual Wear, To work every day, Under Clothes Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Type Of Shopper: Midrange Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: i wear this camisole every day...
to work, to sleep in...to hang around under a tank or a waffle long sleeve top...
really, anything where i don't want my belly skin exposed if i lift my hands...
now, i'm a small, but i get a medium mostly, because they're longer...
but if you're teeny, i suggest a small...
they are VERY see through, so they are really only for underclothes...which is great, because i love to layer...
the only con is, that if i want them to last, i will have to start hand washing them...
as it is, i don't...and so they snag (they're silk) so i have to buy more...
(which is a pain and expensive)
but...i love them!
so i keep buying them...
