She is a petite 2 1/2 year old. I purchased a 2T and it fits her well. This thermal shirt fits closely to her body so it's warm and is also a GREAT length! (it's not too short...perfect for covering them up well, and easy to tuck in) Another plus is the cute designs. It's great to layer with or just wear as a casual long sleeve tee.
