I would buy this product again By Wanda from Spooner, WI on 11/07/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable/No Break-In, Durable, Great Traction, Stabilizes Foot Best Uses: All Weather Conditions, Everyday, Grass, Mixed Terrain, Muddy Conditions, Paved Trails, Rocky/Unstable Terrain Describe Yourself: Trail Jogger Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I run approx. 3-5 miles each day, or walk. I think I'm on my 3rd pair of Solomons and really like them. I can buy a new pair and put them on and go, no break in. Only problem I have is that there isn't much support inside., but with the reasonable price they are offered at thru Sierra I can buy a new pair without too much guilt.
By Lives4Comfort from Montana on 11/07/2008 Pros: Arch Support, Breathable, Comfortable/No Break-In, Dries Quickly, Great Traction, Stabilizes Foot Best Uses: At The Gym, Everyday, Mixed Terrain, Paved Trails Describe Yourself: Recreational Walker/Hiker Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love these shoes. I actually bought them as a go to town shopping shoe for casual wear. They're very comfortable. I can wear them all day and in fact did while flying with many connections.

They are definitely not waterprrof with their mesh upper. But, well worth the purchase. I can't take them off!

These shoes feel like heaven! By Cheapskate from Milwaukee, WI on 09/23/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Non-slip sole, Stable Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love the way they cushion my heel and provide snug support on the sides. The easy lacing system is nice too. I only use them for everyday wear, so I can't comment on how effective they are as high performance shoes. I got these during a barnburner special, so they were extremely affordable. I wish I had gotten two pairs, but you never know what you are going to get when you buy shoes without trying them on first.
my fifth pair of these shoes By zeke from anchorage on 08/09/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Non-slip sole Cons: Mesh sometimes wears out Best Uses: Backcountry, Cold weather, Day hikes, Everyday, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Professional Guide Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is somewhere around my fifth pair of similar salomons. Can't beat the fit, narrow enough in the heel to fit my relatively narrow feet and roomy enough in the toe box to prevent uncomfortable rubbing. As far as stability they are a simple neutral design that doesn't mess with your natural stride.
