By Green Thumb from Napa, CA on 01/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Weight, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is nothing fancy, but a good serviceable light-weight rain coat. I like the plum color. Not for cold weather protection but great for spring rains or over warmer clothing. I ordered one size up for that reason, and was glad I did.
By Beth, the writer from Georgia on 01/02/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good Weight, Lots Of Pockets, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I needed a rain jacket that was a little dressier than my camping rain jacket, but not as dressy as my long "duster" rain coat. This fit the bill nicely.
By the mom from Florida on 01/02/2009 Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels too short Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This was a good deal. The sleeves of this rain coat were a little short but for the price I paid it is worth it when I have to walk the dog in the rain.
By Ritahayes from home on 01/02/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Sports, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels too short Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This jacket as a shorter length than expected. IDoesn't fit look well on me. Don't like the slang pockets on sides not deep enough for me.
Although, the reddish maroon color was great.

At Full price, it would be a robbery By dog mom from oakland, ca on 12/19/2008 Cons: Poor Craftsmanship, Poor Ventilation Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The coat was very cheap feeling. You can feel the rubbery substance used to waterproof.
clean lines, adaptable style, practical By Marnie from NYC on 12/17/2008 Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: a very versatile rain jacket for travel and everyday wear. not too "outdoorsy". lightweight but not flimsy. long enough to cover your bottom and has generous attached hood w/ cords to snug it to your neck as well as waist cord. side pockets fairly deep. the size 6 i would say is what used to be called a medium before garments were sized up to accommodate larger bodies. now it would probably be called a small/medium and it was large enough for a sweater underneath, but not too loose nor too tight. do not agree with other comments saying it was tight around the bottom. (check your bottom ladies!) sizing is the most difficult thing to gauge online -hope this helps! PS the "khaki" has a definite green cast to the tan.
Attractive, lightweight rain jacket By Hikes with dogs from Easthampton, MA on 12/03/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Good Weight, Lots Of Pockets, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Nice enough to wear to work and water-proof enough for hikes in the rain. Good hood and big pockets - key for dog treats! I really like the style and the details. Wish it were a little warmer - it is very lightweight. But this means I can use it year-round, which will also be good.
By Grandma Barb from WI on 12/02/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good Weight, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Needed a simple lightweight rain jacket and got it at a reasonable price.
Minimally "water-repellent" By outsider from MD on 11/28/2008 Cons: Not very water-repellent Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels too short Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: It is a cute jacket with a simple look, but only minimally water-repellent. My underneath layers got soaked within 5 minutes of an unexpected rain. Not reliable rain gear (and I know "water-repellent" does not mean "water-proof", but what is it supposed to mean anyway?), more of a windbreaker.
