What I especially like is that it is warm, but because of the cropped cut and shorter sleeves, one does not overheat in it. It's my favorite sweater! If you like a cropped sweater that does not hide your figure, this is a great sweater.

cute stylish swing sweater By karmakid from Denver, Colorado on 03/02/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, Great Color, Lightweight, Stylish, Versatile, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a cute wooly sweater. It actually looks like a handknit. It is very stylish, and has a shorter length, so swearing it over a top would work well. The wool is slightly itchy, so if you're sensitive, it might not work for you. Also, after I took the tags off, I didn't put it on for a few days...when I did, I noticed that the side seam was sewn improperly, and was off by 1/2 inch or so. I took it apart, and re-sewed it correctly. So if you order this sweater, you might want to look for this error.

Could have been a lovely cardigan! By Meg from Colorado on 01/28/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Soft, Stylish, Versatile Cons: Poor finishing at seams Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This was a lovely style. The only thing that spoiled it was the poor finishing at the seams with threads hanging loose just ready to unravel. I ordered two but they were both the same. This was a shock coming from such a fine retailer.

By Sweater Lover from Indianapolis, IN on 12/12/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, Great Color, Soft, Stylish, Warm Cons: Will go out of style Best Uses: feeling pretty, Going Out, Special Occasions, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My husband found this sweater the day he discovered the STP web site and was shopping for himself. He left it "up" for me to look at the next morning, as a suggestion he'd like to have me buy it. I was hesitant because of the "swing" style. I rarely buy anything "modish" because I wear my clothing until it falls apart, so try to stick to classics that won't go out of style. This year's love affair with swing sweaters and coats is "cute", but I've not been tempted until I saw this sweater. I thought about it for 24 hours and decided to go for it. Enlarging for detail showed intricate knitting patterns and a great deal of femininity. I don't wear turtlenecks, either, but couldn't think what else to wear with it, so bought 3 t-necks to go with it. When it arrived, I fell in love with it immediately. The knit pattern on the sleeves is gorgeous. They are tight and springy, not the way they look in the photo, and you can push them up if you want. It is just as lovely and delicate as my husband thought it would be and I'm grateful he went shopping for me because I'd not own it otherwise. When the "swing" look inevitably goes out of style, I'll wear it anyway.
