By Sweater Lover from Indianapolis, IN on 12/12/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, Great Color, Soft, Stylish, Warm Cons: Will go out of style Best Uses: feeling pretty, Going Out, Special Occasions, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My husband found this sweater the day he discovered the STP web site and was shopping for himself. He left it "up" for me to look at the next morning, as a suggestion he'd like to have me buy it. I was hesitant because of the "swing" style. I rarely buy anything "modish" because I wear my clothing until it falls apart, so try to stick to classics that won't go out of style. This year's love affair with swing sweaters and coats is "cute", but I've not been tempted until I saw this sweater. I thought about it for 24 hours and decided to go for it. Enlarging for detail showed intricate knitting patterns and a great deal of femininity. I don't wear turtlenecks, either, but couldn't think what else to wear with it, so bought 3 t-necks to go with it. When it arrived, I fell in love with it immediately. The knit pattern on the sleeves is gorgeous. They are tight and springy, not the way they look in the photo, and you can push them up if you want. It is just as lovely and delicate as my husband thought it would be and I'm grateful he went shopping for me because I'd not own it otherwise. When the "swing" look inevitably goes out of style, I'll wear it anyway.
By Newly Hip from Chicago, IL on 11/24/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, Great Color, High Quality, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out, Special Occasions, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wore this for the first time to a bridal shower and my friends called me "classy"! I am typically a very casual dresser and this cardigan boarders on hip, so everyone was pleasantly surprised and told me so. The sleeves are a bit long and they sort of bunch around my elbow, but it doesn't look or feel bad. Maybe I have short arms!
By Allie the artist from Manhattan, NY on 11/19/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, Lightweight, Stylish, Versatile, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is extremely attractive--looks hand-knit--and would go with either a classic or contemporary look. The elbow-length sleeves and open cut make it very comfortable indoors, and the styling and large buttons make it surprisingly slimming.

By Debbie from Randolph, VT on 11/07/2008 Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The style of this sweater is kind of nice, although can almost be a bit bulky, due to the weight of the wool and the patterns. The wool itself can be itchy or scratchy where it touches the skin. Mine had to go back.
