Have to Return It
By Emily, the wannabeVerified Reviewer from Heber City, UT on 06/19/2009
Pros:
Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft, Warm
Best Uses:
Cold Weather, Everyday Wear, Hiking, Running, Snow Sports
Describe Yourself:
Occasional Exerciser
Fit:
Feels too big
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
I wear a size 2 and the XS is still rather large. A little big on the waist, a little long, and quite loose. Also, this says it is white but it is really grey with a white weave. And, I don't understand the point of UV protection on a base layer.

Wonderful Fabric
By Warm and WarmerVerified Reviewer from N.Kingstown, RI on 04/01/2009
Pros:
Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft, Warm
Best Uses:
Cold Weather, Hiking, Travel
Describe Yourself:
Occasional Exerciser
Fit:
Feels true to size
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
The claims about moisture wicking are true, even though the thickness in the waist area bunches up a bit. I can't tell if the bunching is from the back panel construction or the cute but kind of thick elastic waist that reads NEVER STOP EXPLORING (!)

I used these to go to the Inauguration - outdoors for many hours. They were light and comfortable, toasty while active and not as warm as expected while standing still.

Comments:
Very warm and comfortable but kind of baggy through the thigh and butt. The also go up to my navel so they aren't exactly low rise, but I love 'em! I'd buy 7 pairs if I could, 1 for every day of the week.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and comfortable AND oh so warm these are! I wasn't expecting much but now these are my favorite tights. They do run a little baggy, esp in the thighs and hips. They fit great under jeans but I wanted something more trim that could fit under horseback riding breeches. Highly recommended!
