By Lexi from Melbourne, Australia on 11/11/2009 Cons: Cheap Fabric, Poor Fit Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Comfort vs Style: Comfort Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This dress is very light and pretty, but the bodice has no structure and slips off the shoulder. It seemed to me to be a little over sized and so I have returned it to get a smaller size. I intend to put a press stud or two in the back to hold it together
By Pura Vida fan from Anacortes, WA on 11/02/2009 Pros: Nice Color, Versatile Cons: Poor Fit, Thin Fabric, Wrinkles Easily Best Uses: Casual Wear, Night Out Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Comfort vs Style: Comfort Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Oh, I had such hopes for this dress! But the description doesn't tell you that the bodice is crossed in back as well as front--leading to a lack of structure to keep the darn thing on your shoulders. It's so loose I don't think even a larger bust (mine is average) would help. Maybe if you had very broad shoulders, but otherwise even a cami underneath will be of little help. Too bad, because I like Pura Vida designs.
By wahootn from Nashville, TN on 10/06/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Comfort vs Style: Comfort Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: It's a shame that the rear view of this dress isn't shown... the wrap bodice in front also wraps in the back, making for nothing to hold the shoulders up on this dress! If you have LONG,FULL hair you might be able to pin it... not something I was willing to mess with, since there was a random purple ink 'drip' on the dress I tried on and returned.
Too bad, cuz' it looks like a nice little vintage piece.
By sojo from reno, nv on 09/29/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering Cons: Cheap Fabric, Thin Fabric, Wrinkles Easily Best Uses: Casual Wear, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Comfort vs Style: Style Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This would be a great dress if it were constructed in a fabric that had a nice drape. The thin cotton was not flattering to me or the dress.
By msician from boston on 09/23/2009 Cons: Cheap Fabric, Low Quality, Thin Fabric, Wrinkles Easily Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: It might work for a teen during the spring/summer but it really is very poor fabric - think of something you would get at a discount teen store at a supermall. The center is a cheap plastic looking "jewel".

By Iggy from SLC, UT on 08/25/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Nice Color, Nice Fabric Best Uses: Casual Wear, Special Occasions, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Comfort vs Style: Comfort Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: It's a pretty dress. I like the elastic waist. The top is a little odd, I don't feel it quite fits well enough that the sleeves aren't going to fall down (I suggest wearing something light under it).
