The print is reminiscent of a 1950's floral, and it's a great sun dress--easily dresses up or down. Overall, it's a great buy.
This is the second dress I've tried by this maker. Once again, the issue is with the fit. Both times I've tried this maker, the waist fit perfectly. This time however, the bust and the back are both too big. I ordered the 12 and am a D, and if anything, thought the bust would be snug or too small since this was my previous experience.
Pura Vida makes really beautiful dresses, especially with the vintage styles of the prints and dress designs, but the fit is hit or miss. If you're a smaller size, you probably have better luck with it fitting properly. A tailor could probably take in the sides, but with the ruching by the bust, well, I'm not sure much can be done about it.
Sadly, this one is going back. Would recommend it if you can get it to fit properly!
