By adrenaline junkie from bettendorf, ia on 02/02/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Hiking, Running, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: i bought these to keep warm on my long runs in the bitter midwestern winters. they worked great at keeping me warm, dry and did not restrict my movements at all!
By Chilly Lily from MO on 01/27/2009 Cons: a little short, Cuffs don't stretch much, Restricts Movement Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Appears to be more durable but I prefer lighter weight, if less durable, silk, which gives warm layer without excess. Worst thing is I can barely get the cuffs over my feet. May have to cut cuffs if they shrink ANY with repeat washings.
By MaClair from Nebraska on 01/26/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Everyday Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these for my daughter, she liked them. They are "light" but warm. She wares long-johns just about everyday. She is a student. [...] we had a cold snap with wind chills down to -30 below and got the pants just in time. Only thing she did say something about is they are a bit "long" But that's what they are supposed to be.
"Good deal for the dollar" By MsLayers from Pittsburgh, PA on 01/23/2009 Cons: Tight at the ankles, Too Thin Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It's cold here so I need an extra layer under my pants. This product feels comfortable without adding bulk. They come up well above the waistline of my pants but my tops cover it so it wasn't a big deal. For temps colder temps (-10 and lower), they didn't cut the cold as much but fine once I got in the office.
By ladydona from fl on 01/22/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Everyday Wear, Hiking, Travel Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: They are so comfortable whether sitting around the house or working inside or out. Hardly noticable under clothes.
By catgrrrrl from palo alto on 01/20/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Moisture Wicking Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The fit is a little odd -- sits high on the waist, so it sticks out above my low-waist pants. And the ankles are surprisingly tight but not unusable. But they're ok, and a decent buy. I like the material because it is thin and silky-feeling.
By Gold Star Girl from Glendale, AZ on 01/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These were great, but I bought a size larger after reading other reviews. The size larger than normal made them perfect.
