By Lady Shrink from DC on 08/08/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Soft, Versatile Best Uses: Casual, Exercise, Going Out Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am wearing this shirt for the first time today (temperatures dropped a little) and am enjoying its soft feel and lightweight qualities a lot. The sleeves and hem are two toned and unfinished, which limits its use for more than casual wear, but I think it will be great for many uses including travel.
By satisfied daughter from Chicago, IL on 08/07/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Soft, Stylish, Versatile Best Uses: Casual, Exercise Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This was a present for my mom; her clothing concerns begin and end with comfort, but we're always trying to get her to show off a little. This shirt (and a couple similar Icebreaker ones) is a great find! Looks far more elegant (but still subtle and practical) than the typical shapeless t-shirt, and feels, according to Mom, SO soft and comfy, perfect for summer in the mountains, where you need wicking action one minute and layerability the next. Materialistic kids and down-to-earth Mom are all happy.
By k10 from Danville, IL on 07/03/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Soft Best Uses: Casual, Exercise, Going Out, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought two of these shirts in different colors and wore them on a recent trip to Europe. I could wash them overnight and they dried super fast! Also, even after sweating in them, they didn't smell stinky!
By Oatmeal from New Jersey on 06/27/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Soft Best Uses: Backpacking, Exercise, Hiking Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This shirt wicks away the sweat, and after an initial wash and vinegar rinse, does not hold odors.
By Maria from Southern Colorado on 06/13/2008 Best Uses: Casual, Exercise Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I like this shirt. It does run a bit large - I usually wear a medium, and I needed the small size. I bought one of these last year, and tried to use it for backpacking, as I do with other merino wool brands, but it didn't hold up as well - it tended to wear out/pill/tear a bit where the shoulder straps of my pack rested (45 lb pack). But because it is a comfortable wear for casual use, I purchased another, and use the older one for exercise (running, cycling, quick hikes) because of its wicking ability and comfort, and I just prefer the feel and drape of a natural fiber like wool. Also, for washing, I do recommend using the GENTLE cycle (cold water, intermittant agitation), turned inside-out and then hung to dry.
By Dee from Upstate NY on 05/08/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Soft Best Uses: Casual, Exercise, undergarment Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Love it. Extremely comfortable. Flattering. Thin enough to wear under another shirt without adding bulk. Wish the edges were finished to increase versatility of use. Would like more color choices.

A little pricey, but that's the way things go...
By merino wool addict from Western, NC on 03/11/2008 Cons: Thin Fabric, Weak Seams Best Uses: Casual, Exercise, Sleeping Describe Yourself: Bargain hunter Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I like this shirt, mainly because it's so soft. The fit seems the tiniest bit large, but not enough to be a big deal. My main concern is that it looks like the seams under the arms may not be very strong.
By outbound from Chandler, AZ on 02/27/2008 Best Uses: Casual, Exercise, Going Out, Sleeping Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This shirt is soooo comfortable, it is the softest shirt I have, the days of scratchy wool are definitely gone. The fit is nice, the shirt can go anywhere with you, take care of the sweat and not smell at all at the end of the day. Worth the money.
By Adalheid from New York, NY on 01/27/2008 Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have worn this shirt to the gym three times for long cardio workouts. It wicked away perspiration better than any shirt I've ever worn - in fact, the shirt didn't even smell like I had worked out in it. It also felt dreamily soft and comfortable. The only downside is that the care instructions recommend hand washing or dry cleaning.
