The box pleated border makes it hang well. It is, of course, wrinkled when it comes out of package, and needs ironing before using.

I ordered one for our spare bedroom so wasn't so concerned about the appearance. I also ordered one for my own bedroom just because of the price. I was very pleasantly surprised how nice they were. Looks wonderful in both rooms!

It truly is "unique yet understated" as described. I needed to hide the box springs and did not want anything with ruffles so the pleats were a wonderful alternative. The price certainly was right!

for the price it was still a great buy.
