Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I recommend wearing a bra with this, since the mesh fabric is sort of see-through and doesn't give much support. It is form-fitting, yet very comfortable and non-binding.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I was expecting a top that I could wear for exercise classes. It is more like baselayer underwear. It isn't really something you would wear by itself.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: i didn't realize this is underwear, and since it has little vent holes, i couldn't wear it alone during workouts. But, it works fine with a sportsbra underneath, and I imagine it would be a good first layer during the winter month workouts.
