THIS IS A MEN'S JACKET! STP JUST MISS-LABELED IT. This is a superb jacket. It is Lowe Alpine's T.O.T.L. jacket. The fabric takes rock abuse with a smile, and it is impenetrable if the weather gets nasty. Adjustable chin and face guard velcro is top notch: face protection w/out having to zip up! The hood design is the best I've tried w/ a helmet, and the multiple adj. points even make it a good hood when my noggin' goes sans helmet. Bicep zips are functional, and for me, easier to mess with than some other short pit-zips I've messed with. Beautifully made, and a steal for a full Pro-Shell jacket.
Great jacket but it is sizing is off.. By The hiker from Ohio on 01/03/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This jacket appears to be well made. I was planning on using it for hiking and rain gear.
But it seems to be sized more for men than womem...wide in the shoulders and narrow in the
hips. I returned it because there was little room for layering with the jacket size up.
