By SharonAnnie from Flagstaff, AZ on 07/14/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good Weight Best Uses: Cold wind, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: So lightweight! I'm looking forward to rolling this little baby up on my camelback to pull out during the wind or wet. Layers are the way to go! Why pack anything heavier if it's not that cold?
By Clicker11 from New Hampshire on 05/31/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Weight Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is my favorite recent purchase. It is very lightweight and has a nice silky feel - not at all rubbery. I wore it as a windbreaker and lightweight sunshirt on a recent Sierra hike and then over a down jacket for an extra layer in the evening. It worked well in both situations. No side pockets help keep down the weight but took some getting used to.
By No nickname gal from Arlington Heights, IL on 05/25/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good Weight Best Uses: Extreme Conditions, Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great value for the Marmot name. I thought the jacket would be a bit longer but all the same it works for me which is why I gave it four stars . Basically use for running on windy/cooler or rainy days.
By BCskier from Anchorage, AK on 04/28/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Weight Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels too short Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This design and weight of this jacket seemed really great, but it was too big through the body and the sleeves were far too short.
By Oh bother from Front Range, CO on 03/16/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Folds down to carry, Good Weight, Lots Of Pockets, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The weather in Colorado can change at a moment's notice. This jacket will fit in a pocket, protect you from wind and rain, and looks cute. I would prefer it be a touch longer, but it serves the purpose for a good price.
By lishopper from long island, ny on 03/15/2009 Pros: Breathable, Good Weight, Stylish Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought this for my 14-year old daughter, a soccer player. Fit was perfect, and while the color a bit bright for someone older, it suited her just fine.

Lightweight. Packs small.
Marmot craftsmanship at a great price.
It would be perfect if it had pit zips or some other form of core ventilation (mesh inserts etc).

By Suzy from Seattle, WA on 01/23/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good Weight, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This jacket meets my needs. It can fit over a cotton sweater, but is not too big. It also packs down to nothing, inside of the zippered pocket on the chest. If this was in the product description, I missed it. Well constructed, too.
