By Griffin's Pal from Western MA on 11/12/2009 Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I haven't worn these yet outside but when I tried them on I was surprised at how thin they were. They actually seemed more like opaque stockings rather than long underwear. I suppose they will be nice to wear under dress pants to go to work, but I don't imagine they will provide great warmth if I am working outside or involved in snow sports
