They are infant sized. We ordered 2 for our young sons and because they were so inexpensive and well made, we gave them immediately to our 10 month old niece.

I thought I was buying it a little large for him, which definetly is not the case. It is very small. It is not true to size (4-7), but it is to late to exchange it for me to give as a gift.
