I got it a few days ago. I like the fit -- so many women's ski jackets are so small. This one's fit is described as "not too tight, not too bulky." It's very warm and the fabrics/detailing are amazing. I wore it today (with the windchill near zero degrees) and it is very warm. I can't wait to wear it skiing.

By Outside Mom from Chicago, IL on 02/20/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Good Cut, Versatile, Warm Best Uses: Daily Use, Outdoor Activities Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Parka lining is very soft. Sleeves cover my wrist and come down to the base of my thumb - unusual for my long arms. Fit is slimmer - so the coat is extra warm. The main zipper opens from the top OR the bottom - so the coat can be worn comfortably closed while starting a cold car in Chicago. Columbia improved their 3-in-1 and Sierra has great prices.

Offers versatility to it's design and has become my families first choice for outerwear. Living in Minnesota warmth and comfort are important to us. Love the Sierra pricing, will shop often here!!
By The daughter-in-law from Mobile, AL on 12/28/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Versatile, Warm Best Uses: Daily Use, Outdoor Activities Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this for my mother-in-law, who at times can be very difficult to buy for. She was wanting a jacket "like our snowboarding jackets" that she could use in the rain, in cool weather and in cold weather. It took a long time to decide, but I finally went with the Columbia Criterion as those of us who are snowboarders all have some form of Columbia gear and are very pleased with it. She opened it on Christmas morning and hasn't stopped gushing about it since!! The price was excellent, shipping was fast, and the best part...She loves it!!

It's very quick and easy to take apart the layers, so you have the right jacket for whatever weather the day brings. I like that it is a little more fitted than many winter jackets. It's stylish and comfortable.

It's almost too warm to wear in the car. A few more pockets would be nice, too.
