Used for sitting around camp after backpacking in the winter. Kept me very warm. They were comfortable, not too snug, and fit well under my pants.

We keep our home cool in the winter and these were a HUGE hit for my husband for Christmas; he hates taking them off. TALL is a must in our house (3 males over 6'4"); it's difficult to find quality clothes that fit! Thank you.

Comments:
I am an older (over 65), 2X, 6'3" tall farmer and needed something that would fit and keep me warm in cold weather. Generally long underwear are too short for me. These were actually too long but that really is not a problem. I really like them.

certainly for very tall men
By teacher from western washington on 12/30/2008
Pros:
Comfortable, Moisture Wicking
Best Uses:
Cold Weather, Everyday Wear, Snow Sports
Fit:
Feels true to size
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
I purchased these for my husband for a week long camping trip in Feburary. He is 6'3" and skinny as a rail. He also seems to carry most of his height in his torso, not his legs. These were too long in the crotch for him and too roomy for him (he has no backside either). These would be perfect for a true big/tall person. The material was a type of waffle pattern and appeared very warm. We did purchase the matching shirt and kept it but the pants were returned although not through any fault of the pants.

I fuel aircraft for United Parcel Service, at their main hub in Louisville Ky. The first day I wore them, the temperature dropped into the teens and the wind was constant and gusting up to 30 MPH. I couldn't believe that my legs were warm and all I had on were jeans and the wickers long johns. Very impressive. Probably the best cold weather base layer, that I've used. Great for stationary activities, in bitter cold conditions. I'm definitely going to buy another pair. One outstanding product.

We spend hours outside in the cold weather watching our daughter train on her horse. Now we can do it in real comfort. We wouldn't go out without them.
