By wdave from Long Island, NY on 02/12/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Snug Fit, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Cycling, Layering Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great for walking/cycling for excercise or general layering. Very warm for weight. Sizing all over the place - this green tall is really a regular length (luckily ok for me), the black is a real tall and a little heavier.

By Ken from Central NY State on 02/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Moisture Wicking, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Layering, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this as a base layer for XC skiing. I usually wear it with a polar fleece shell, for skiing in 15-30 F weather. I am fairly short, 5'8", and I bought a Tall to have extra length. That turns out to be a great decision. Doesn't ride up with stretching movements, and sleeves stay all the way down with reaching. The shirt is warm, lightweight and comfortable. It does have a somewhat unusual waffling in the material, but that is not a problem.
By Joshooter from De on 02/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Moisture Wicking, Snug Fit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Layering, Upland Hunting Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered several of these Mock Zip shirts and found this Wickers was definitely a 2nd. It was way long. I could have cut 6" off the bottom, so I returned it. The Kenyon Polar skins I bought fit better. Another Wickers I bought fit fine. I purchased Med Tall. I'm 6'2" and 170lb.

I wear the carhartt bibs, the Moose Creek sweatshirt and this shirt all from STP no need for a coat.
By skibootmike from sacramento,ca on 01/07/2009 Cons: Poor Craftsmanship, Poor Fit Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: For the first time since buying your products, this one came as a bad second, maybe a thrid or fourth. I have returned it. Very poor fit, didn't think it was a tall size. Waist went way out from arms. Blah.
Great layering pieces or shirts! By Solo Canoeing from Northeast Iowa on 01/06/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I initially ordered one of these to wear as a layering piece for skiing - when it came it quickly became my favorite cold weather shirt over a wicking tee - it looks great, is warm and very comfortable...so I ordered two more. They have a subtle waffle or rip-stop pattern that I really like.
By bb from charlotte nc on 12/26/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Layering Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought this for my son who is 6'3" and over 230lbs. Fit was great....sleeves were long enough and was not too snug.
Nice shirt but sized small By Hipster Doofus from Danbury, CT on 12/25/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight Cons: No zipper guard at neck Best Uses: Cold Weather, Cycling, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Nice poly jersey, especially for the money, but nothing special. I should have paid more attention to the other reviews - I originally bought a large (my normal size) and it was way too small. I sent that back and got an XL which fits well.
The details and quality are good, but when zipped all the way up the lack of a zipper guard is noticeable.
All things considered it’s a reasonable buy for the price.
