By Paul from Bremerton, Washington on 06/19/2008 Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The burnt orange and brown tall large zip Ts fit, look, and work wonderfully well. A bargain! The green tall large zip T was short and too small - clearly not sized correctly. Luckily, though, it fit my wife. Getting the right size requires some luck. It would be nice if Sierra Trading Post would check the size before shipping.

By None from Lakewood, CO on 05/08/2008 Pros: Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Too inconsistent size Cons: Poor Fit, Restricts Movement, Some great some suck Describe Yourself: Weekend Warrior Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: First layer, winter and summer for fishing skiing; ALL are sized below typical first rate wear from other makers. I wind up under-using about 1/3 of my purchases as a result.
Good shirt for winter and summer By John the Boatman from Laramie, WY and Edmond, OK on 04/17/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Ideal for summer rafting, Insulates in the cold, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Works well in heat Cons: I like the comfortel best Best Uses: Cold Weather, Running, Snow Sports, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: As a professional raft guide (as well as other professions, including professor) I have quit wearing t-shirts when guiding on the river. This shirt not only wicks sweat away in the heat, (and the quick drying effects actually cools the body), it also is useful, though a bit clammy, as a base layer in the winter. For the price, it is unbeatable. The only other similar shirt I wear with little more preference is my marino wool zip-T neck, which was priced four times as much, and which will become saturated with sweat and not dry as fast as this one.
I even had my Scout Troop use this shirt as their "Field Uniform" with the Troop/Crew number embroidered on the collar. They have worn them everywhere. It beats the usual Scout shirt in the outdoors so completely there is no comparison! (It was a Wyoming Troop/Crew too.)

Is ideal weight for my cool weather cycling activities. Wish that length were more approporiate to "Large Tall" description.
The product is fine EXCEPT FOR tall men By Jazz Guitar John from Sacramento, Ca on 01/08/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Moisture Wicking, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Weekend Warrior Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The product is fine and I couldn't tell what made it a second, BUT the sizing is for normal, not tall folks (or at least the one I got was). I originally got a Medium based on other comments here and returned it for a Large, which works just right for me (I wear a 16x33 inch shirt size). If you were looking for true Tall sizing, you'd be disappointed. It's a good midweight item -- I wore it skiing yesterday and it did just fine.
