I have other J-41 shoes but thought the ankle strap looked practical (the other pair didn't have a strap)... and they are prettier than I imagined. Will manage to look dressy while being very practical for active sight-seeing. I got an 8 1/2 though I usually wear an 8 and the size is just fine.

I need to wear them with pants for it to look good. They also rub a bit. I think they will improve with a little more wear.

These fit the bill perfectly. Everyone who sees them compliments at how cute they are.I plan I wearing them when I travel too as they adapt to any situation yet are comfortable and sturdy. I have long narrow feet and these scandals fit nicely in the length but are a bit wide in the heel for my foot.

These will work fabulously for that, after I can get them broken in. I had read previous reviews regarding the stiffness in the heels, and they are true! I got terrible blisters on my heels the first day I wore them. However, I'm willing to work with them and soften them up on my own as I feel the sandal will be worth it.
