I wear a 38DD and it was way too small for me I gave it to my sister who wears a 36B and it fits almost perfect just a little extra room in the cup hardly noticeable.
Fabric looks and feels very cheap. The worst thing was the right strap was twisted. Quality-wise, it's a lot different from the very first one I ordered altho' the same brand.

I have to readjust the cups when I am alone because they seem too small, causing me to bulge over them. I wear a lab coat at work so don't worry too much there, but will only wear it when covered up.
