It does run true to size so returning the other size. Fits perfectly! Length is perfect for me too. I'm 5'4, so for someone really tall, pants may be short. Fabric is lightweight so perfect for summer. Like the detail.

They do run small; I am a size 8 and a size 10 fits perfectly (after washing).
