Good Tights for the price By steve the skier from upstate, NY on 02/12/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Hiking, Running, Snow Sports, Travel Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: As many have said, on some sizes the stitching around the waistline comes unraveled. My wife fixed it in about 10 minutes with her sewing machine. To me, this was a small price to pay for a good pair of tights. Very warm and comfortable. I bought a pair of XLs and they did not have the stitching problem that my mediums had. As far as sizing, these look small for you when you pull them out of the package, but they are power stretch. They are meant to be worn skin tight. They are very comfortable and warm. I just wear these under ski pants for single digit weather. They wick moisture and breathe very well. Fix the stitch and enjoy.
I've already ordered a second pair By Sweetie from NH on 02/10/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Everyday Wear, Running Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These tights are GREAT! They are warm and soft and the knees don't get all bagged out after wearing them for a while. GREAT BUY at a GREAT price.

Need to be thinner than I am By Minneapolis Skiier from Minnesota on 02/09/2009 Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I hoped for something that was suitable for wearing as running tights. These were more like heavy wicking underwear. They were also too small for my squatty frame.
By PSUBiker1 from Penn State on 02/08/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Hiking, Running, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These tights were really good for XC skiing, but after the 3rd washing, they started to pull apart in the waist band. The material is great, but the quality is terrible.
By Unita Packer from Salt Lake City, UT on 02/02/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Hiking, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I took heed to the comments made by others and bought one size up and have a great fit. I've used them as a layer under a thin Gor-tex shell while skiing on cold days and also solo while hiking in the snow and once while snowshoeing. If it is not windy and I'm not rolling in the snow, they are enough for all but the coldest days. They wick well and dry fast. Toasty warm!
By catsy from colorado on 01/29/2009 Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Runs very small: I wear wmn's sz 14, 5'8" - the XL is barely long enough and has no room to spare. Would be nice if it had leg zippers to fit around larger feet - I can barely get my feet (men's sz 11) through the foot holes.
Otherwise, a good xc ski tight, exactly what I've been looking for.
By NHdude from NH on 01/26/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These run small in the waist and the waistband has very limited elasticity. As a result, about half the seaming stitches in the waistband tore out when I first used them. Buy a size larger. Other than that, they are fine.
Excellent wear and comfort By PSUBiker1 from State College, PA on 01/26/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Moisture Wicking, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Hiking, Running, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The Power Stretch material is very good for supporting the legs. It works for the PSU Women's Volleyball Team (PS was developed to help their legs), and it works for me.....
Great Base Layer for cold weather By Traveller from Brisbane, Australia on 01/26/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Sports, Under Ski Pants Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wore these under my ski pants in freezing Switzerland this season 08/09. These kept me warm all the time. I just ordered a second one. These kept me dry and I never sweat in them. I understand when people say these are too small but they need to be skin tight. These fit me perfectly as i am a typical "M". Remember, you don't want them too loose like granddad's old long johns.
