By midwest runner from Illinois on 01/01/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Running Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My husband was looking for running tights for cold weather. These seem to be just what he was wanting. They looked short but actually fit him perfectly and he is over 6' tall. He wore them to run in 20 degree weather and they kept his legs warm. They also have a key pocket which is nice.
By Fisherman from Columbia, SC on 12/30/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: You can wear it under clothing and it doesn't stick like traditional thermal underwear.
By girlfriend from NW Montana on 12/29/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Moisture Wicking, Snug Fit, Warm Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought them for my boyfriend and he has worn them to xc ski, shovel snow, and run the snow blower (it was 10 below). Every time he wears them he thanks me again and says how warm and comfortable they are. He's not very tall, so they are a perfect length - might not work for someone over 5'8". (I had to send back a Med for a Large).
Best tights ever for X country skiing! By johnny D from Milwaukee, WI on 12/27/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Running, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Have ordered a number of these tights. Very warm and wind resistant
(with wind briefs) Almost too warm for any weather above freezing.
Warm (for me) down to zero. Lightweight and the most comfortable tights
I have worn for X country skiing and I ski several hundred miles a year for
the past 35 years. Have given as gifts to non-skiers as warm lightweight
underwear.
By Madchemist from Billings, MT on 12/21/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Snug Fit, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I got these for my husband to use for skiing. I have a pair of Roffe polarfleece tights and love them. I have gotten him a pair of Hot Chillys and he really likes those. These tights are a little bit heavier than the Chillys. These came in handy the last time we went skiing when it was about 5 degrees F. He was very happy I got them. He did say that they do fit pretty snug so if you are a borderline size, order up.
very nice material. does'nt collect lint By riverunner from creede,co on 12/19/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Snug Fit Best Uses: Gym, Hiking, Running, Travel, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: great for wearing under skirts or other pants.

I have bought this product over and over By Warm in the Saddle from Martinez, Ca on 12/18/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Everyday Wear Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I work with horses. I wear these every single winter day underneath my riding breeches. I also sleep in them every single winter night as I have no heat in my home. They get worn hard. To keep up with my demand, I own 4-5 pair which I can afford to do due to the excellent price of these undergarments. My original pair is on its third winter and still working. I have given them as gifts to many of my clients and they all love them.
I especially appreciate the lack of excessive elastic and bindings at the waist and ankles which means this garment does not contribute to the constrictive nature of my athletic clothing.
so warm and soft on the inside By sadie the winter cyclist from Fort Collins, CO on 12/17/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft, Warm, Wind resistent Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Sports, Winter biking Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I got these for an 80mi off and on road bike ride up a mountain pass, in the dead of winter. I layered them under my usual cycling tights and they kept me warm and fuzzy through all the snow and wind. The inside feels like fleece.
By none from anchorage, AK on 12/17/2008 Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Poor quality. stitches tore as I was trying to put it on. I"m 5'5. 120 lbs. I ordered the large to get a roomy fit. I didn't think the quality/cut or style of these tights were worth the $$ paid even for Sierra's pricing.
power stretch everything but the waist By working outside from Alaska on 12/16/2008 Cons: Poor Craftsmanship, The wrong waist thread Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Sports Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: great fabric, warm, comfortable, breathable. The waistbands were horrible however. All the threads broke and the band rolled over and will not stay back. My daughter loves hers, as they are warm, so I gave har mine as well.Would reccomend buying one size larger than you think you should. I wouldn't buy another pair.
