It breathes well too while exercising. The only downside is the striped pattern, which is hard on the eyes and a little difficult to match with bottoms.

The seaming gives it a stylish, athletic flair. The fabric is extremely lightweight, but not see-through. It would be great for backpacking or travel, as it dries quickly and resists wrinkles. I haven't worn it while exercising yet so I can't attest to the wicking properties, but I think it will perform very well. Just wearing it around the house, it feels almost like wearing nothing at all. I bought the "Sarsaparilla" color, and it is a nice rust color. This was my first Mountain Hardware purchase, and I'm very impressed with the quality. I'm thinking about ordering another shirt in a different color.
