By El from Lauderdale, Mississippi on 11/17/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Big Game Hunting, Cold Climate Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Every thing about the product seems to be accurate. The only thing is that I have not worn in the field at this date. After walking in them inside and outside at my home, they seem to be fine.
By Deerslayer from Des Moines Iowa on 11/13/2009 Pros: Camo Design, Comfortable, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Big Game Hunting, Cold Climate Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am an avid whitetail deer hunter in the cold midwest. I purchsed these boots to keep my feet warm while sitting in tree stands. Unfortionately we have had an unusually warm fall here, so I dont know about the warmth of them yet, however I can say they are the lightest waterproof hunting boots I have ever worn. Kamik Algonquin Hunting Camo Pac Boots - By Mari7402 from Elk, WA on 11/10/2009 Pros: Breathable, Camo Design, Comfortable, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Describe Yourself: Occasional Shooter Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Living in Elk, WA on the northern Washington-Idaho border it's important to have a boot to keep out the cold and snow. Our snowfall for the winter of 2008-2009 was 96 inches. From the quality of these boots I do believe my winter problems (cold and wet feet) have been solved. Tromping over 6 acres feeding horses, cows and goats is not a simple task but, with your product I believe it will be one holy heck of a lot better. Thanks so much for a great product! By GERMSKI from Muskegon, Michigan on 08/14/2009 Pros: Camo Design, Comfortable, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Climate Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am not sure this boot would be real good for sitting in a cold deer blind. I do have a black pair of boots just like the camo one's and they work find when shoveling the drive in the dead of winter here in Michigan. I actually bought these boots to where around deer camp and maybe do a little still hunting in them.

Australian experience, sub-tropical. By Robbity Bob the Nob. from New South Wales - Australia on 05/03/2009 Pros: Camo Design, Comfortable, Elastic laces are 'naff', 'Galoshes' old name, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Elastic laces get caught Best Uses: Bird Hunting, Fishing also-perch, May be too hot in Aus, NB - perch bass Describe Yourself: Recreational Hunter Sizing: Feels full size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: A pretty tight fit for my size at a nominal "12", so a thin sock only needed for my "E" fitting size 11 (imperial)foot. A woolen army sock was too tight for walking thru' bush to rainforest perch-pools as my toes cramped-up badly. But with a light synthetic sock [or none atall]it seems very comfortable and also keeps my feet dry. Seems robust. This boot is a really a big improvement on my former perch-fishing kit of an Auscam smock and 10" "Wellington" synthetic rubber-boots; also I tried leather elastic-top riding-boots with 14" Tassie bushwalker canvas gaiters; also tall 12" lace-up ex-army Aus GP boots - all these I have tried formerly - and they failed, some worse than others. This Kamik/Canuk product is far far better than other boots I have tried in the past. Not sure about the elasticated adjustment cords, I may replace them with Aussie Army-type leather or synthetic thick laces of a far shorter length. Overall: a nice strong product at a reasonable price. Durability of nylon 600 Dernier uppers? - Well - we will see how it copes with thorns, aussie snakes and our woody-weeds in future! I will also take it on my shooting trips, usually they are on wet misty mornings with wet grass up to a metre tall or in the swamps. Importantly, the closeable gaiter-top on this boot stops grass-seeds, water and other debris entering the boot and causing;- cold, sock problems and foot irritation/blisters etc. My wife likes that gaiter-top too - on washing day....
By ASE3 from Papillion, NE on 03/26/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Elastic laces are weak Best Uses: Bird Hunting, Cold Climate Describe Yourself: Recreational Hunter Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great price!! Keeps your feet warm. Bought a pair for my girl friend and she loves them.
By molo from Nebraska on 03/23/2009 Pros: Camo Design, Comfortable, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Bird Hunting, Cold Climate Describe Yourself: Recreational Hunter Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These boots worked well out all day in the mid 20's. My feet were actually hot at times so should work great in colder temps. The only drawback is the bungie laces. They don't leave the boots snug at the ankles. I replaced with regular laces and they work well.
