As soon as I put them on my back felt great, my body was in alignment and I felt like I could walk for miles, which I did. I did go 1/2 size bigger as recommended.

I did order a 1/2 size larger because I have received feedback from others who own MBT's that they sometimes run small.

I found them really stiff in the upper and too small even though I ordered a half size up. Must return. Ah well-- just not for me. Not recommended for all day wear. Others recommend a full size up from regular shoe, I would recommend only a half size up. When power walking it feels like you could walk forever. The shoes give you a little bounce.

My arch does not feel supported in the shoe and my heals slip when walking. However, the mechanics of the shoe are somewhat true to marketing. Rolling motion design and highly cusioned impact make walking enjoyable. I do not experience the added advantages of a "work out", however and do not find that I am working on my balance in this shoe.
