Backs ride up a bit so I think they seem a bit larger than the size normally would be.

As with all MBT shoes, you have to get used to walking in these, but once you do, they are very comfortable.

And, since I'm a woman with long, skinny feet, the fact that these shoes TIE makes them fit even better than other MBTs I've tried. (MBT doesn't make a woman's size long enough for my feet!) Absolutely perfect for walking, running errands, etc.
