As Comfortable as advertised By A Walker from Groton, MA on 09/07/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable Best Uses: Casual Wear, Everyday, School/Work Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: After reading previous reviews, I ordered a half size larger and they are a perfect fit. My daughter had been raving about the wonders of MBT so I tried these. After a week they are the most comfortable shoes I ever owned. I expected unattractive but this style is really ok for a "sneaker" type shoe.
Don't judge a shoe by its bang By Ike stands and walks alot from Clowis, New Mexico USA on 09/06/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Look Cool Cons: Blisters toes, Hot, Stain Easily Best Uses: Barbecues, Casual Wear, Everyday, Long periods of standing, Long periods of walking, School/Work, Sport, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Walk on ball of feet, not the normal athletic shoe where you walk on your heals. Don't wear for extended days-feet needs to adjust to new way of walking in this new shoe. Since this shoe has that rocking walk from heal to toe....toes get BLISTERS but only the toe close to the big toe on both feet...shoe is the right size...never had this problem until now..
By norcalgbfan from roseville, ca on 09/04/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable Best Uses: Barbecues, Casual Wear, Everyday, School/Work, Sport, Travel Describe Yourself: Athletic, Comfort-oriented, High-end shopper, Practical Sizing: Feels half size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are the only shoes I can even wear to work period. I work in a hospital and if I didn't have these I might have to find a new career. If your feet or back hurt you buy a pair of these shoes now. The smile on your face will more than make up for the weird looking shoes on your feet.
By 65pony from New York on 09/02/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable Describe Yourself: Athletic Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Saw MBT's at "The Walking Co.", and was intrigued by the concept; but, they were very expensive. So after doing some research, found that Sierra had this discontinued style for a very reasonable price. Wanted to try them out for treadmill walking and light jogging. Now, I'm in pretty good shape but after wearing these on the treadmill for about two miles, my legs were aching from the workout they were getting. You could probably do half the mileage in these and achieve the same muscular benefit. Take some getting used to, but overall, an excellent addition to a diverse workout regimen.
By Thien Tran from Denver, CO on 08/30/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable Best Uses: Everyday, School/Work Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are the most comfortable shoes I had ever wear. I work for [...]on 8-12 hrs shift, and these shoes has been great for me being on my feet all day. The style is not as bad as it look, while still a bit dorky, I prefer the sporty look of these over other MBT's. The quality of these shoes are top notch, probably last me more than a year(6 months for typical running shoes I wear before I got these.) I leave them in my locker by the end of my shift.
